Welcome to Sanchari’s
kitchen.
I love to cook. I love to eat. And I love
sharing stories about what I cook and eat with others.
Born and bought up in
India and currently based in
Melbourn Australia
with my husband and our son. My husband and I both r foodi spl Indian. So
my cooking are largely influenced by Indian spices and flavors. In my effort to
be brief, I won’t take up time telling you how our vacations center around
eating, that cooking after a hectic day is my way of relaxing, that grocery
shopping is an exercise in curious excitement for me, that I plan dinner before
breakfast or that I can spend endless time researching new food and
ingredients.
A full time mother
and hardcore foodie who loves to cook. Above all I love to spread the love for
cooking to all. My first inspiration is my mother. The magic I saw as a little
girl in my ma's kitchen that always inspired me to create something that would
not only satisfy ones hunger but to give the pleasure. A pleasure of good food.
So, I simply cook to recreate the magic that overwhelmed me throughout my life.
Blogging has also turned me into a self taught food photographer and I enjoy
this new learning process. This blog is all about my small but valuable life
and the experiences I collect while walking on my life path.
I have no formal
training in food photography. Taking images of food is a learning process, a
creative outlet for me and an enjoyable one at that.
I appreciate your
comments and emails and always try my best to be prompt in my reply. Sometimes
due to hectic schedule, it might not be possible to answer your queries/emails
promptly, but I do always get back as soon as I can.
Hope you enjoy your
time here and I would love to know your thoughts, if you care to share.
Feedback is always appreciated and any queries, contact Drop me a line: Sancharikitchin.blogspot.com
